脾不是恶性肿瘤常见的转移器官,大多数为癌转移,且为血道转移[1]。本文报告3例脾转移性肿瘤,分析其临床病理特点,并结合文献进行分析。1材料与方法1.1临床资料例1女性,28岁。10个月前在外院以左侧卵巢未成熟畸胎瘤I级行手术治疗,2个月前发现肝、脾占位性病变。CT及PET均提示盆腔未成熟畸胎瘤术后,肝脾转移。血AFP2236 ng/ml。行肝、脾转移性肿瘤切除术。术中见
Spleen is not a common malignant tumor metastasis, most of the cancer metastasis, and hematogenous metastasis [1].
