目的分析浦东新区托幼机构预防性消毒工作中的薄弱环节,落实各项预防工作,促进托机构管理。方法采用现场抽样和采样检测方法,对辖区内99家托幼机构分3次进行监测。结果物体表面、餐饮具和保育人员手面总体消毒合格率91.59%,环境物表合格率为94.66%;餐饮具合格率为89.90%;工作人员手合格率89.23%;公办托幼机构消毒合格率为95.08%,民办托幼机构消毒合格率为79.12%,公办托幼机构与民办托幼机构相对比,差异有统计学意义(χ2=46.979,P<0.01)。结论健康教育是预防疾病发生的最简便有效的方法;对新进员工、食堂工作人员进行系统培训,加强对托幼机构消毒管理人员的技术指导,卫生部门要定期检查、检测、监管,健全消毒管理制度,切断可能的传播途径,保障托幼儿的身心健康。
Objective To analyze the weak links in preventive disinfection of kindergartens in Pudong New Area, implement various preventive measures and promote the management of trust institutions. Methods On-site sampling and sampling methods were used to monitor 99 kindergartens and nurseries in the jurisdiction. Results The surface disinfection rate of 91.59% on the surface of handicrafts, tableware and child care workers was 94.66%. The pass rate of dining tableware was 89.90%; the passing rate of staff was 89.23% Was 95.08%. The pass rate of disinfection of private nurseries and childbirth agencies was 79.12%. There was significant difference between the public nurseries and child care institutions (χ2 = 46.979, P <0.01). Conclusions Health education is the easiest and most effective way to prevent the occurrence of diseases. The new staff and cafeteria staff should be systematically trained and the technical guidance should be provided to the disinfection management personnel of the nurseries and kindergartens. The health department should regularly check, test, supervise and disinfect Management system, cut off the possible means of transmission, protect the physical and mental health care.
