一、前言热气机具有噪音低、排气污染少、燃用多种燃料、热效率高等非常吸引人的特性,从节能观点来看,高热效率的潜力在上述特性中是最为重要的。众所周知,热气机的效率主要取决于发动机冷、热腔间的温度差。对具有金属热端部件的热气机,工作温度限制在700℃左右,总效率最高约37%。若使用陶瓷材料,则工作温度可从700℃提高到1000℃,效率也将相应提高。而且,从陶瓷零件适用于冲击较小的场合来说,陶瓷材料用于热气机也是合适的。
