应用作物数量性状 QTL体系检测的主位点组方法对不同地理来源的甘蓝型油菜 (Brassica napus L .) 12个品种双列杂交组合的开花期 (播种—初花日数 )性状的遗传差异进行了研究。结果表明 ,12个甘蓝型油菜品种开花期的遗传受 4个主基因控制 ,其加性效应分别为 - 17.2 2 * * ,2 .71* ,6 .0 9* * 和 - 1.0 5 ,显性效应分别为 - 3.6 7* ,1.0 7* ,4 .5 2 *和 - 2 .78* ,各主基因效应方向、大小不等。主基因遗传率为 81.4 4 % ,多基因遗传率为 12 .90 %。文中估计了 12个甘蓝型油菜亲本开花期基因的基因型 ,并讨论了形成亲本间开花期遗传差异的原因。
The main locus group method for quantitative trait loci (QTL) of crop quantitative traits was carried out on the genetic differences in the flowering (seeding-flowering) traits of 12 crosses of Brassica napus L from different geographical origins the study. The results showed that the twelve major rapeseed cultivars at the flowering stage were controlled by four major genes with additive effects of -17.22 * *, 2.71 *, 6.90 * and -1.0 5, respectively The effects were - 3.6 7 *, 1.0 7 *, 4 .5 2 * and - 2 .78 *, respectively, and the directions and sizes of the major gene effects were not the same. The heritability of major genes was 81.4%, and the polygene heritability was 12.90%. In this paper, the genotypes of 12 flowering parents in Brassica napus were estimated and the reasons for the genetic differences in the flowering period between parents were discussed.
