将工程质量管理融合在工程项目管理的全过程,质量监督机构、设计部门和施工单位之间的有机合作,多方面采取措施处理好规划质量、设计质量、招标质量、施工阶段、竣工阶段不同的操作环节,对建筑工程建设中实施质量计划必须全面落实到实处,从而提高工程项目质量。
Integrate engineering quality management in the entire process of project management, organic cooperation among quality supervision agencies, design agencies, and construction units, and take measures in various aspects to handle planning quality, design quality, bidding quality, construction phase, and completion phase. In the operation stage, the implementation of the quality plan in the construction of the construction project must be fully implemented in order to improve the quality of the project.
