目的明确吉祥草中的5种提取物对神经细胞的抗氧化作用功效。方法经过提取分离、结构鉴定后,建立了H2O2所致人神经母细胞瘤株SH-SY5Y细胞系氧化应激损伤模型,应用MTT法探讨了RC-1、RC-2、RC-3、RC-4和RC-5的细胞毒性及抗氧化保护作用。结果 RC-1、RC-2、RC-3、RC-4均表现出一定的的抗氧化活性,在10μg/ml时,RC-2、RC-3和RC-4分别比模型组的存活率高42.8%、42.9%和47.9%。结论吉祥草及其提取物可以作为一种潜在的抗神经退行性疾病药物进行开发和利用。
Objective To clarify the antioxidant effect of 5 kinds of extracts from auspicious grass on nerve cells. Methods The oxidative stress injury model of human neuroblastoma cell line SH-SY5Y induced by H2O2 was established after the isolation and structural identification. The effects of RC-1, RC-2, RC-3, RC- 4 and RC-5 cytotoxicity and anti-oxidative protection. Results RC-1, RC-2, RC-3 and RC-4 showed some antioxidant activities. The survival rates of RC-2, RC-3 and RC- High 42.8%, 42.9% and 47.9%. Conclusions Ji auspicious grass and its extract can be developed and utilized as a potential anti-neurodegenerative drug.
