从专利转出、专利许可两方面,通过具体数据分析、数据对比等方法探究上海高校专利运营能力。上海高校专利转出的数量占专利总量的1.91%;上海交通大学转出的专利数量遥遥领先于其他高校。上海高校专利让与人中前3位分别为东华大学、上海交通大学、华东理工大学。高强度专利在转出专利、许可专利中所占比例极小。上海高校应加强专利的维护工作。
From the patent transfer out, the two aspects of patent licensing, through specific data analysis, data comparison and other methods to explore Shanghai University patent operating capacity. The number of patents transferred from universities in Shanghai accounted for 1.91% of the total number of patents. The number of patents transferred out by Shanghai Jiaotong University was far ahead of other universities. The top 3 patent grantors in Shanghai universities were respectively Donghua University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and East China University of Science and Technology. High-intensity patents in the transfer of patents, licensing a small proportion of patents. Shanghai universities should strengthen the maintenance of patents.
