于 1 997~ 1 999年用 6个不同的材料配制成完全双列杂交 ,研究小麦冠层温度的遗传。结果表明 ,小麦冠层温度的遗传符合加性—显性遗传模型 ,以加性效应为主 ,呈部分显性 ,显性方向为低温型。不受上位性影响 ,狭义遗传力为 86.95%。一般配合力方差和特殊配合力方差分别达到极显著和显著水平。小偃 6号为最有价值的亲本 ,其次为陕 2 2 9,87B1 - 30 3和 2 0 5。
From 1997 to 1999, six different materials were used to make a complete diallel cross to study the canopy temperature of wheat. The results showed that the inheritance of wheat canopy temperature accorded with the additive-dominance genetic model, which was dominated by additive effect and was partly dominant while the dominant direction was low temperature. Unaffected by epistasis, the narrow heritability was 86.95%. The variance of general combining ability and special combining ability reached the extremely significant and significant level respectively. Xiaoyan 6 was the most valuable parent, followed by Shanshan 2 2 9, 87 B1 - 30 3 and 2 0 5.
