患儿，女，6岁，父母发现其下腹部一巨大肿块一月余，并伴有明显消瘦、纳差、贫血、疲乏无力。无发热、腹痛、腹胀等症状。大便近一月干燥，小便正常。于1998年5月15日来我科就诊。检查：下腹部可触及一巨大肿块，稍偏右侧，质硬，固定，无触痛。上达脐平面，下达耻骨联合。腹
Children, female, 6 years old, parents found a huge tumor of the lower abdomen more than a month, accompanied by significant weight loss, anorexia, anemia, fatigue and weakness.
