Located in the south of Geneva, the river Yar, mountains, flowing through the historic farming village. Rivers from the late 19th century to the 1940s gradually transformed into canals for flood control. In 2001, the municipality of Geneva launched a high-quality competition aimed at restoring the river to a more natural form.
