目的分析和探讨强化院内感染管理工作对手术室护理管理质量的改进作用。方法选取2014年1月~2015年1月在我院工作的38例手术室护理人员,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(n=19)和观察组(n=19),对照组护理人员行常规院内感染管理,观察组护理人员接受强化院内感染管理。结果观察组护理人员理论知识、实践操作技能评分较对照组更高,医师和患者对观察组护理人员护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术室护理管理中,实施强化院内感染管理,有利于提高护理人员综合素质,降低院内感染发生率,确保患者早日康复,从而提高护理管理质量。
Objective To analyze and discuss the improvement of nosocomial infection management on the improvement of nursing management in operating room. Methods A total of 38 operating room nurses working in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 were divided into control group (n = 19) and observation group (n = 19) by random number table, and nursing staff Routine nosocomial infection management, observation group nurses to accept intensive nosocomial infection management. Results The theoretical knowledge and practical skills of nursing staff in observation group were higher than that of control group. The satisfaction rate of nursing staff in observation group and physicians was higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the operating room nursing management, strengthening the management of nosocomial infection is beneficial to improve the overall quality of nurses, reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection and ensure the patients recover quickly, so as to improve the quality of nursing management.
