简要论述形成旱作农业的必然性和发展旱作农业技术的重要性。在研究借鉴国内外已有的成果和实践经验的基础上，针对黑龙江省干旱、半干旱农业的成因及特点，提出了机械化旱作农业的技术措施、对策、配套机具和今后科研方向及建议。
Briefly discuss the necessity of forming dry farming and the importance of developing dry farming techniques. On the basis of studying the existing achievements and practical experiences both at home and abroad, this paper puts forward the technical measures, countermeasures, ancillary equipment and future research directions and suggestions for the mechanization of dry farming agriculture based on the causes and characteristics of arid and semi-arid agriculture in Heilongjiang Province.
