目的评价某钢铁厂119名放射作业人员的职业健康状况。方法按照《放射工作人员职业健康管理办法》规定中的体检项目,对某钢铁厂在岗的放射作业人员进行职业健康检查。建立个人档案并录入信息库。采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。结果 119名放射作业人员异常检出100人,异常检出率为84.0%。异常检出项:眼科55.5%(其中晶状体浑浊7.57%),腹部B超49.6%,外周血象29.4%,血压10.1%,心电图31.9%,肝功能14.3%,肾功能8.4%,外周血淋巴细胞染色体微核率均≤3‰。结论在进行检查的放射作业人员中未发现与放射损伤相关的疑似病例,处于亚健康状况的人员占1/2以上,建议在做好放射防护的同时,从生活习惯、饮食、运动等方面提高身体素质。外周血象异常10人不符合国家放射人员健康标准,需暂时脱离放射工作,复查后方可评定是否适宜放射岗位。
Objective To evaluate the occupational health status of 119 radiation workers at a steel plant. Peripheral blood anomalies 10 people do not meet the national standards for the health of radiological personnel, need to be temporarily separated from the radiological work, review before they can assess whether the appropriate radiological post.
