I quite disagree with many points of view by Mr. Henry Mintzberg. First of all about MBAs in business schools, for example, managers do not originate from business schools. I thought of one thing. We say a good general, a good marshal, a good army was fired from war. Can we say that the West Point military school is not necessary? This is the first question. In addition, I also thought of one thing, when I was 30 years old, I heard my boss told me business strategy: pot rice, bowl of rice, rice in the field, I would think my leadership is really Great, he can think like this, think so. Later I learned that there was a “business-level management theory” in the business school. Today, many second-year students at Business School think this way. Such a student to the business is not - and can be CEO, he still has to be the manager, but because he has such thinking, so communication will be much smoother than when I was 30 years old.
