企业管理是企业发展的重要前提,企业的文明和内涵主要体现在企业文化上。企业文化是企业活动的内部的一种精神力量,它的好与坏直接影响着企业管理效果。所以说企业文化与企业管理是相互影响相互制约的,两者结合后能有力的推动企业发展。充分提高管理企业的能力可以促进企业文化的发挥。本文主要讨论分析了企业文化的特点和内涵对企业管理的作用,通过利用企业文化来促进企业管理发展来实现企业的文化与管理的结合。
Enterprise management is an important prerequisite for the development of an enterprise. The civilization and connotation of an enterprise are mainly embodied in the corporate culture. Corporate culture is a kind of inner strength of enterprise activities, its good and bad directly affect the enterprise management effectiveness. Therefore, corporate culture and business management are mutually constraining each other, the combination of the two can effectively promote the development of enterprises. To fully improve the ability to manage enterprises can promote the development of corporate culture. This article mainly discusses and analyzes the function and connotation of corporate culture on the role of business management, through the use of corporate culture to promote the development of enterprise management to achieve the combination of corporate culture and management.
