医学研究表明,偶尔失眠会造成第二天疲倦和动作不协调,长期失眠则会带来注意力不能集中、记忆出现障碍和工作力不从心等后果。有调查指出,大学生中存在睡眠质量问题的比例在13.93%~28.60%之间,睡眠障碍在大学生中普遍存在。据我国不同地区报道[1,2],约有12%20%的医学生存在不同程度的睡眠质量问题[3]。本文以医学院学生睡眠质量为出发点,分析医学生睡眠质量问题及原因,探索改善睡眠质量的方法,并提出相关性建议。
Medical research shows that occasional insomnia can cause fatigue and incompatibility the next day, long-term insomnia can lead to concentration can not be, memory barriers and lack of work and other consequences. Some surveys pointed out that the quality of students in the existence of sleep problems in the proportion of 13.93% ~ 28.60%, sleep disorders in ubiquitous among college students. According to reports from different regions of China [1,2], about 12% of 20% of medical students have different degrees of sleep quality problems [3]. In this paper, the medical students sleep quality as a starting point to analyze the medical students sleep quality problems and reasons to explore ways to improve the quality of sleep and make relevant recommendations.
