固定阀板与活动阀板都作成格栅状.两阀板的月牙孔相互错开.故当两阀板紧靠时,冲击装置就完全关闭,如图 a。当液压锁紧机构(图中未画出)放开,液压缸换向,活动阀板迅速下行,快开阀打开,瞬时完成冲击实砂,如图 b。实砂后液压缸使活动阀板复住,液压锁紧机构重新锁紧活动阀板,又关闭快开阀。
Both the fixed valve plate and the movable valve plate are grid-shaped, and the crescent holes of the two valve plates are staggered with each other, so when both valve plates are in close contact with each other, the impact device is completely closed as shown in FIG. When the hydraulic locking mechanism (not shown in the figure) is released, the hydraulic cylinder is reversed, the movable valve plate rapidly descends, and the quick-opening valve is opened to instantaneously complete the impact of solid sand as shown in Figure b. After the actual sand hydraulic cylinder so that the valve plate complex live, hydraulic locking mechanism to re-lock the active valve plate, and close the quick opening valve.
