目的了解火力发电厂生产一线职工健康状况。方法对公司1182名职工进行体检,采用详细的物理检查、实验室检查和部分特殊检查相结合的方法。结果屈光不正患病率为40.78%,体重超标为34.77%,高血压患病率为15.91%,血压正常高值为7.53%。结论火力发电厂一线职工中患病率较高的疾病(除屈光不正、体重超标外)是高血压、血压正常高值、乙肝表抗阳性,且高血压、血压正常高值二者与年龄和体重超标(包括超重和肥胖)密切相关,血压正常高值和性别也有直接的关系。故应加强对上述疾病的防治工作。
Objective To understand the health status of front-line workers in the thermal power plant. Methods A total of 1,182 employees of the company were examined by physical examination, laboratory examination and some special examinations. Results The prevalence of refractive errors was 40.78%, the body weight exceeded 34.77%, the prevalence of hypertension was 15.91%, and the normal high blood pressure was 7.53%. Conclusion The prevalence of illnesses in the front-line workers of the thermal power plants (except for refractive errors and overweight) is high blood pressure, high normal blood pressure and anti-HBs positive, and both hypertension and normal high blood pressure are related to age And overweight (including overweight and obesity) are closely related to the normal high blood pressure and gender also have a direct relationship. Therefore, we should strengthen the prevention and treatment of the above diseases.
