球形肺炎是由细菌或病毒感染而引起的肺部急性炎症（1）。由于其Ｘ线形态呈球状，易与肺癌、肺良性肿瘤、结核球相混淆。本文报道经我们医院收治的５６例球形肺炎患者，旨在提高对本病的认识。
Spherical pneumonia is an acute inflammation of the lung caused by bacterial or viral infection (1). Due to its spherical X-ray shape, easily confused with lung cancer, benign lung tumors, tuberculosis ball. This article reports 56 patients with spherical pneumonia admitted to our hospital, aimed at raising awareness of the disease.
