U.S. President Truman made a parliamentary appeal to approve the disbursement of 400 million U.S. dollars in aid to Greece and grant non-military personnel dispatch to that figure. There has been a heated debate in the world. U.S. officials and newspapers have endorsed the move as a new direction for U.S. foreign policy. What is the new direction? The immediate goal of the plan outlined in President Truman’s statement is to ensure that the United States has a specific strategic position in the Mediterranean and in the Middle East. Above all, the general intention of this article is that it declares frankly the power politics in the international department.
