在加快全面建设小康社会的历史进程中,社会日新月异,广大群众、职工的价值取向精彩纷呈,表现出多层次、多元化的特点,这就客观上要求思想政治工作者在把握工作规律、坚持工作原则的同时,必须不断增强工作方法的科学性和艺术性,力求取得“内化于心,外化于形”的良好效果。这也是新时期对思想政治工作提出的必然要求。本文立足于工作实践,提出并剖析了说理艺术、沟通艺术、疏导艺术、激励艺术和批评艺术在思想政治工作中的具体运用技巧。
In accelerating the historical process of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way, the society is changing with each passing day. The values of the broad masses of the people and workers are colorful and show many characteristics at different levels and pluralities. This objectively requires the ideological and political workers to grasp the laws of work and work hard At the same time, we must constantly enhance the scientific and artistic methods of our work methods and strive to achieve the positive effect of “internalizing ourselves in the heart and externalizing the form.” This is also an inevitable requirement for ideological and political work in the new era.
