重大事件是军事志书中的一个重要组成部分。如实地记述各个历史时期所发生的重大事件,为确保战争“打得赢”和军队“不变质”的历史使命服务,为贯彻科技强军方针、走好质量建军之路,提供高质量的史料,是军事志工作的根本出发点和落脚点,也是修志人员义不容辞的责任。如何正确认识重大事件在军事志书中的地位和作用,正确处理重大事件与军事志书其他篇章的关系,把握好编纂指导思想、原则和方法,显得十分重要。笔者根据几年来的实践经验,谈几点粗浅的体会,与各位修志同仁共商。
