文章通过分析湿度对湿空气物性的改变,研究了空气湿度对压气机试验的流量测量、折算转速、折算流量、多变效率以及等熵效率等性能的影响。与公开文献资料的压气机试验数据相比,文章计算方法的计算结果较为接近,证明了其具备工程应用的可靠性,有益于提高压气机试验分析的准确性。
By analyzing the change of humidity on the physical properties of wet air, the paper studies the effect of air humidity on the performance of compressor tests such as flow rate measurement, conversion speed, flow rate, variable efficiency and isentropic efficiency. Compared with the experimental data of the compressor in open literature, the calculation results of the article are close, which proves that it has the reliability of engineering application and is beneficial to improve the accuracy of the experimental analysis of the compressor.
