以企业人力资本不同类型对企业创新影响为视角,以管理者、普通员工和知识提供者不同类型为基础,总结和梳理了企业人力资本与技术创新关系的实证研究成果,认为不同层次的企业角色、教育背景、行业经验、创新经历、培训等对企业创新具有不同的影响程度,因经济发展阶段和国家不同,这种影响也存在差异。最后,探讨了现有相关文献的共同点、差异和问题。
Based on the impact of different types of corporate human capital on corporate innovation, based on the different types of managers, employees, and knowledge providers, the empirical research results on the relationship between human capital and technological innovation are summarized and combed, and different levels of corporate roles are considered. , education background, industry experience, innovation experience, training, etc. have different degrees of influence on corporate innovation.
