十八大明确指出继续完善建立健全党内关怀机制的这一要求,这是一项新时期我党建设的重要内容。建立健全党内关怀机制,是深入贯彻落实科学发展观、坚持以人为本执政理念的客观要求。完善党内关怀机制一方面可以增加我党党员的责任感和自豪感;另一方面,也能增强党组织的战斗力,凝聚力和向心力。建立健全党内关怀机制,努力营造一个团结和谐的党内氛围。本文主要就公路事业单位建立健全党内关怀机制进行简要探讨。
The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that this requirement of continuously establishing and perfecting the mechanism for inner-party care is an important part of our party’s building in the new period. Establishing and perfecting the party care mechanism is an objective requirement for thoroughly implementing the scientific development concept and upholding the people-oriented concept of governing. On the one hand, improving the party care mechanism can increase the sense of responsibility and pride of our party members; on the other hand, it can also enhance the combat effectiveness, cohesion and solidarity of the party organizations. Establish and improve the mechanism for inner-party care and strive to create a harmonious and harmonious inner-party atmosphere. This paper mainly discusses briefly how to set up and improve the mechanism of inner-party caring for highway public institution.
