以2年生苹果品种“华丹”、“华美”、“礼泉富士”、“华玉”幼苗为试材,于2012年6~8月,在云南农业大学温室对4个苹果品种进行人工接种笼罩试验,以研究苹果绵蚜在不同苹果品种上为害的差异性。结果表明:苹果绵蚜在“礼泉富士”上的为害与“华美”、“华玉”2个品种间无论从每株平均苹果绵蚜头数、苹果绵蚜种群数和苹果绵蚜种群面积上均存在显著性差异,“礼泉富士”与“华丹”只是在苹果绵蚜的种群个数上有显著差异。因此,4个苹果品种中,苹果绵蚜的为害程度依次是“礼泉富士”>“华丹”>“华玉”>“华美”;苹果绵蚜更容易为害植株的侧枝。
The seedlings of 2-year-old apple varieties, “Huadan”, “Huamei”, “Liquan Fuji” and “Huayu” were used as test materials in the greenhouse of Yunnan Agricultural University from June to August in 2012 Four apple varieties were inoculated with artificial inoculation test to study the difference of apple apple aphid in different apple varieties. The results showed that both the damage of apple aphid in “Liquan Fuji” and the two varieties of “Hua Mei” and “Hua Yu” And apple aphid population area there is a significant difference, “Liquan Fuji ” and “Huadan ” only in the population of apple aphid significant differences. Therefore, the four apple varieties, apple aphid harm degree in turn is “Liquan Fuji”> “Huadan”> “Huayu”> “gorgeous”; apple aphid more likely to harm Plant’s collateral.
