针对“液压传动技术”课程课堂教学中实践资源不足、学时有限等问题,设计了基于Java技术的虚拟实验平台。根据课程体系安排,以具体的工程实例为载体,进行了实验项目的整合和开发,知识覆盖面广,可以满足理论与实验同步进行的需要。以三个典型实验为例,介绍了该虚拟实验平台的具体操作过程和实现方法。教学实践表明,基于Java技术的液压虚拟实验平台能够高效、精准地实现在线液压回路仿真实验,可以显著增强教学效果,有利于提高学生的职业技能并激发学生的学习兴趣。
In view of the lack of practical resources and limited time in the classroom teaching of “Hydraulic Drive Technology”, a virtual experiment platform based on Java technology was designed. According to the arrangement of curriculum system, with the concrete engineering example as the carrier, the integration and development of experimental projects are carried out. The knowledge coverage is wide and can satisfy the need of the theory and experiment being carried out simultaneously. Taking three typical experiments as an example, the specific operation process and realization method of the virtual experiment platform are introduced. The teaching practice shows that the hydraulic virtual experiment platform based on Java technology can realize the online hydraulic circuit simulation experiment efficiently and accurately, which can significantly enhance the teaching effect, improve students ’vocational skills and stimulate students’ interest in learning.
