德国蔡氏公司出的HFO-2型火花发生器是发射光谱分析用的高压火花光源,在国内尚有早期进口的这类仪器在使用。我们发现这种发生器在控制火花放电时会出现不能同步的现象,表观现象为放电时可以用耳朵听出有断续声,示波管上的放电波形不能湿示出稳定波形,时有时无,以致不能作分析用。这是由于同步马达中的同步开关不能断开、使继电器R3-RH94自始至终都通电,由Gr3整流出来的直流电压无法加到同步马达的转子线圈中去,马达始终作异步运行,同步断续器不能正常工作所致。发生这种故障时,可以拆下同步电机修理。但由于马达不易拆卸,不易调整,因此采取下述应急修理措施。考虑到同步马达是处于轻负荷起动状态,在起动阶段,转子中加入的直流工作电压的阻尼作用对起动性能影响不大,并且在起动期间的感应电动势还达不到烧毁整流元件的数值。鉴于上述理由,我们把同步
