目的了解医院环境物体表面微生物污染情况,以及采取不同干预措施后对微生物的清除或杀灭效果。方法采用微生物监测方法对2所三甲医院重点科室的物体表面进行检测分析。结果共采样509份,合格397份,合格率为77.99%。其中重症监护室合格率最低,为51.76%;血透室合格率最高,为99.48%,不同科室物体表面合格率差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。采用消毒处理、清水擦拭、未处理3种方式的物体表面合格率分别为87.25%、75.47%和60.00%,三者差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),其中采用84消毒液擦拭合格率最高,为100%。结论采用不同方式处理医院环境物体表面微生物合格率差异较大,应加强医院物体表面的清洁消毒工作,规范使用消毒剂进行物体表面的清洁消毒。
Objective To understand the microbial contamination on the surface of hospital environment objects and to remove or kill microorganisms after taking different interventions. Methods The micro-organism monitoring method was used to detect and analyze the surface of objects in the key departments of two top-three hospitals. Results A total of 509 samples, 397 qualified, with a pass rate of 77.99%. Among them, the qualified rate of intensive care unit was the lowest, which was 51.76%. The highest passing rate of hemodialysis was 99.48%. There were significant differences in the passing rate between different departments (P <0.001). The qualified rates of the surface of the objects treated with disinfection, water wiping and untreated were 87.25%, 75.47% and 60.00%, respectively, with significant difference (P <0.001), of which 84 disinfectant wipe the highest pass rate , 100%. Conclusion There are significant differences in the passing rate of microorganisms on the surface of hospital environment objects in different ways. Cleaning and disinfection of the surface of hospital objects should be strengthened, and disinfectant should be used to clean and sterilize the surface of objects.
