随着社会的发展,对手术室洁净条件的要求也越来越高,手术室洁净环境是关系手术成败的的重要因素。为了适应手术需求,2012年10月我院的层流净化手术室开始正式验收并投入使用。现将我院手术室的管理经验报告如下。1使用前期的工作准备:(1)使用前2个月由工程负责人对手术室所有区域进行卫生清洁及洁净系统的安装调试。(2)经过近1个月的试运行,请自治区CDC专业人员进行现场测试,通过对手术室内压力测试、浮游菌、尘埃粒子数等检测及沉降菌落数的比对,6间手术间均符合《消毒技术规范2012版》及《空气洁净技术管理规范》等相关要求,达到验收。(3)新进的设备、物品先安装完毕用不掉纤维的毛巾擦拭干净后再进入手术部。2严格人员管理:(1)严格控制人员进出。根据手术通知
With the development of society, the operating room cleanliness requirements are also getting higher and higher, operating room clean environment is an important factor affecting the success or failure of surgery. In order to meet the surgical needs, in October 2012, our hospital’s laminar flow purification operating room began formal acceptance and put into use.
