久保田公司制造钢锭模历史悠久,国内外有很多客户使用,日本国内有新日本制铁,住友金属工业、川崎制铁、大同制钢等百数家厂,国外有几十家厂使用,评价很高。特别是在国内,大部分的客户允许进入钢锭模使用现场,调查使用条件;通过客户了解前述的各式各样的钢锭模所具有的许多技术决窍。而且,以这些积累起来的制造技术为基础,向其他的许多工厂提供钢锭模制造技术(见表1)
Kubota has a long history of manufacturing ingot molds and is used by many customers at home and abroad. In Japan, there are more than 100 factories such as Nippon Steel, Sumitomo Metal Industries, Kawasaki Steel, and Tatung Steel, and there are dozens of plants abroad. high. Especially in China, most of the customers are allowed to enter the site of the ingot mold to investigate the conditions of use, and the customer understands many of the technical features of the aforementioned various types of ingot molds. Moreover, on the basis of these accumulated manufacturing technologies, ingot casting mold manufacturing technology is provided to many other factories (see Table 1).
