随着社会经济的发展,产学结合逐渐成为各大高职高专院校所采用的教学模式,并且相继提出了产学结合与教育研究的运行机制与培养模式。为了保障人才培养的质量,学校需要采取有效的教育发展手段和方式,促进学生的成长与发展,成为社会发展需要的人才。本文主要对当前高职高专院校现在实行产学结合教育的特点进行阐述,并提有效的教育发展模式。
With the development of society and economy, the combination of production and learning has gradually become the teaching mode adopted by major higher vocational colleges and universities, and the operation mechanism and training mode of combining production with learning and the research of education have been put forward one after another. In order to ensure the quality of personnel training, schools need to adopt effective means of education and development to promote the growth and development of students and become the talents needed for social development. This article mainly elaborates the current characteristics of the combination of production and learning in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the effective mode of education development.
