为了解近年来企业职业卫生监测情况及其变化趋势,更有效地开展职业病防治工作提供相关依据,我们对张家港市申报职业病危害因素企业近年的监测结果进行分析。结果显示,2005—2010年张家港市职业病危害因素的年平均监测覆盖率为35.2%;此间,年监测合格率分别为82.4%、84.0%、85.0%、90.6%、94.4%和92.1%,呈逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。提示,通过加强《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》及相关法规宣传,普及职业卫生知识,本市生产环境职业危害现状逐步改善,但存在问题仍不容忽视。
In order to understand the situation of enterprise occupational health monitoring and its changing trend in recent years and to provide relevant basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases more effectively, we analyzed the monitoring results of enterprises applying for occupational hazards in Zhangjiagang City in recent years. The results showed that the annual average coverage rate of occupational hazards in Zhangjiagang city from 2005 to 2010 was 35.2%. The annual monitoring pass rates were 82.4%, 84.0%, 85.0%, 90.6%, 94.4% and 92.1% respectively, Rise, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Prompted by strengthening the “People’s Republic of China Occupational Disease Prevention Law” and related laws and regulations publicity, popularization of occupational health knowledge, occupational hazards in the city’s production environment gradually improved, but the problems still can not be ignored.
