活塞异形销孔可以降低或消除活塞销孔应力集中,提高活塞寿命。文中针对活塞异形销孔加工,提出一种基于磁致伸缩材料的镗床径向微进给机构,其中,利用磁致伸缩材料特性和弹簧板弹性产生镗刀的径向微位移是设计的关键。为此,文中通过有限元分析和实际加工试验对机构及弹簧板进行了研究,这些研究表明:本机构设计合理,结构精巧,加工精度高,性能稳定可靠,完全能满足活塞异形销孔的加工要求。
Piston profiled pin hole can reduce or eliminate stress concentration piston pin hole, improve piston life. In this paper, a radial micro-feed mechanism for boring machine based on magnetostrictive material is proposed for piston shaped pin hole machining. The radial micro-displacement of boring cutter by utilizing the characteristics of magnetostrictive material and spring plate elasticity is the key to design. Therefore, the paper studies the mechanism and the spring plate through the finite element analysis and the actual machining test. These researches show that the mechanism has the advantages of reasonable design, compact structure, high machining accuracy, stable and reliable performance, Claim.
