为了对企业生产的机械产品进行全面评价和监督检查,机电部于1989年下达行业评比计划,并委托辽阳汽车钢板弹簧研究所,对全国27个省市46家企业生产的钢板弹簧进行了产品质量评比(以下简称行评)。参加行评的厂家虽仅占目前我国300家钢板弹簧生产厂的六分之一,但产量却占70%左右,这些厂既有大型骨干企业,也有中小型工厂,因而行评结果能反映行业产品质量现状,并具有一定代表性。
