目的 :通过测定小鼠脑内单胺递质含量变化探讨丙咪嗪 (Im i)单用及与尼莫地平 (Nim)合用与单胺递质的关系。方法 :采用高效液相色谱 -电化学法测定脑内单胺递质及其代谢物的含量。结果 :单用及合用组多巴胺含量均增加 ,去甲肾上腺素和 5 -羟色胺含量单用组明显增高 ,且以 7d合用组变化明显。结论 :7d组 Imi与 Nim合用对单胺递质水平有一定影响。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between monoimine (Imi) and monoamine neurotransmitters in mice by measuring the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in mice. Methods: The contents of monoamine neurotransmitters and their metabolites in the brain were determined by high performance liquid chromatography - electrochemical method. Results: The levels of dopamine in both single and combined groups were increased. The levels of norepinephrine and 5 - hydroxytryptamine were significantly increased in single and combined groups, and changed significantly in combination group at 7 days. Conclusion: The combination of Imi and Nim in 7d group has certain influence on monoamine neurotransmitter.
