92101 8个亚热带玉米群体抗玉米大斑病的轮回选择——(H.Ceballos 等),CropScience,1991,Vol.31,No.4,964~971(英文)关于热带或亚热带玉米群体通过轮回选择对病害数量化抗性所取得进展的报道极少。本研究旨在评价来自国际玉米和小麦改良中心(CIMMYT)的8个亚热带玉米群体,通过4轮全姊妹S_1家系轮回选择后取得的进展。选择主要是为改良由玉米大斑病菌引起的北方玉米叶枯病和普通锈病的多基因抗性。在3种环境(高、中感病区和无病区)下进行鉴定。每一环境提供2个地点。2种病害的抗性获得了非常快的增加(玉米大斑病和锈病每轮分别增加19%和6%),而且根据种植在相对无病条件下测定的结果,群体的成熟
92101 Reciprocal Selection of Eight Subtropical Maize Populations Against Corn Leaf Spot - (H. Ceballos et al., CropScience, 1991, Vol.31, No.4, 964-971 (English) There have been very few reports of the progress made in quantitative resistance. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the progress made by eight subtropical maize populations from the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) following a round of 4 rounds of sibling S 1 family selection. The choice was mainly to improve the polygenic resistance of the Northern corn leaf blight and the common rust caused by S. turcica. Identification was performed in three settings (high, medium and no disease). Each location offers 2 locations. Resistance to both diseases increased very rapidly (maize leaf spot and rust increased by 19% and 6% per round, respectively), and the population matured according to the results of the measurement under relatively disease-free conditions
