在神经生长因子 (NGF )对糖尿病的治疗中 ,NGF除可改善糖尿病患者周围神经病变外 ,可能对糖尿病大鼠细胞免疫功能和NO水平有一定的影响。本文利用链脲佐菌素诱导SD大鼠糖尿病模型 ,成模 2月后 ,用NGF肌注治疗 1月 ,观察各组脾细胞增殖能力、脾细胞培养上清IL 2水平和血清糖化血红蛋白及NO的变化。结果表明 ,糖尿病鼠的脾细胞增殖和分泌IL 2能力下降 ,经NGF治疗后可使其上调。而NGF的治疗对糖尿病鼠的高血糖和高NO水平无效应。说明NGF能改善糖尿病大鼠的细胞免疫状态 ,此种改善可能有助于其神经功能的修复。但NGF不能影响NO的水平 ,因而对糖尿病其他症状的改善可能有限
In the treatment of diabetes mellitus by nerve growth factor (NGF), NGF may not only improve peripheral neuropathy in diabetic patients, but also may affect cellular immune function and NO level in diabetic rats. In this paper, diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin (STZ) were injected with streptozotocin (STZ), and treated with NGF intramuscularly for 2 months. The proliferative ability of splenocytes in each group, the level of IL-2 in the culture supernatant of spleen cells, the level of serum glycated hemoglobin and NO The change. The results showed that the ability of splenocytes in diabetic mice to proliferate and secrete IL 2 decreased, which could be up-regulated by NGF treatment. However, the treatment of NGF had no effect on hyperglycemia and high NO level in diabetic mice. NGF can improve the cellular immune status of diabetic rats, this improvement may contribute to the repair of nerve function. However, NGF can not affect the level of NO, so the improvement of other symptoms of diabetes may be limited
