欢度春节,欢度元宵。长汀古城春光融融,在唐代古城楼三元阁广场,上百家纺织服装、针织、机械、制鞋企业的招工摊点整齐排列,彩门、彩球高悬招工信息,广播喇叭里滚动播放营造就业环境优惠政策、招工广告,摊位前,咨询的、求职的、填表登记、应聘的,络驿不绝。而在农村,乡村干部走家串户,动员农村富余劳动力洗脚上岸,到县城企业转移就业。短短10来天,全县就有3000多名农村富余劳动力被输送到纺织服装、制鞋等企业,过上了工人的生活。
Celebrate the Spring Festival, celebrate the Lantern Festival. The ancient city of Changting melts in harmony. In the Sanyuan Square of the Ancient City Hall in the Tang Dynasty, there are hundreds of stalls in the textile, clothing, knitwear, machinery and shoe-making industries. Preferential policies to create employment environment, recruitment advertisements, booths, consulting, job-seeking, registration form, candidates, the station never stop. In rural areas, however, village cadres go house-to-door and mobilize rural surplus labor to wash their feet on shore and transfer jobs to enterprises in the county seat. In the short span of 10 days, more than 3,000 surplus laborers in rural areas were transported to textile, garment and shoe-making industries to live the workers' lives.
