为改善EPS和水泥的结合能力,研制了物理力学性能更佳的EPS砌块.通过试验研究了不同浓度硅烷偶联剂对EPS砌块在不同龄期的抗压强度、弹性模量、吸水性能以及保温性能的影响,以无改性剂EPS砌块为对照组.结果表明:龄期一定时,EPS砌块的抗压强度随着硅烷偶联剂浓度增加呈先增加后降低的趋势,其浓度为6%时达到最大,28 d抗压强度相对于对照组增加了13.15%;弹性模量随着硅烷偶联剂浓度的增大而呈现先增大后减小的趋势,当其浓度为6%时达到最大值46 659 MPa,相对于对照组增加了68.07%;在一定时间内(24 h),增大硅烷偶联剂浓度可提高EPS砌块的吸水性能;硅烷偶联剂浓度对EPS砌块导热系数的影响不显著.因此得出,适宜的硅烷偶联剂浓度(6%)能够较大地改善EPS砌块的物理力学性能.“,”In order to improve the bonding ability of EPS and cement,the EPS block with better physical and mechanical properties was developed.In this paper,the effect of silane coupling agent on compressive strength,modulus of elasticity,water absorption and thermal insulation property of EPS block at different ages was studied by experiment.The results showed that the curing time,EPS block compressive strength increased with the increase of the concentration of silane coupling agent and then decreased,the concentration of 6% reached the maximum for the compressive strength of 28 d relative to the control group increased by 13.15%.The elastic modulus with the silane coupling agent concentration increased at first and then decreased,when the maximum is 46 659 MPa at the concentration of 6%,compared with the control group increased by 68.07%.In a certain period of time (24 h),water absorption properties of silane coupling agent concentration was higher EPS block.Effect of silane coupling agent concentration on the thermal conductivity of EPS block was not significant.Therefore,the proper silane coupling agent concentration (6%) can greatly improve the physical and mechanical properties of EPS block.
