手性β-硝基胺类化合物是非常重要的有机合成中间体,被广泛应用于药物和天然产物的合成中,不对称Aza-Henry反应是合成该类化合物最有效的方法之一,近年来已取得了重要进展。到目前为止,该类反应中使用的催化剂主要是由金属Cu、Ni和Zn等分别与手性配体配合而形成的配合物,而且在这些催化剂作用下大部分反应都取得了较好的催化活性和对映选择性,就各类金属与手性配体形成的配合物催化剂在不对称Aza-Henry反应中的应用进行综述。
