葡萄新品种‘北玺’由‘玫瑰香’与山葡萄杂交育成。浆果在北京地区9月底成熟。果粒近圆或椭圆形,紫黑或蓝黑色。平均单穗质量137.9 g,单粒质量2.24 g。可溶性固形物含量23.8%,可滴定酸含量0.52%,出汁率67.4%。抗寒和抗病能力强。酿制的葡萄酒颜色深宝石红,入口柔和、协调,酒体厚实,回味悠长。
The new grape variety ’Bei Xi’ is made from a hybrid of ’rose incense’ and mountain grape. Berries mature in Beijing by the end of September. Fruit nearly round or oval, purple black or blue-black. The average weight per panicle was 137.9 g, and the single grain weight was 2.24 g. Soluble solids content of 23.8%, titratable acid content of 0.52%, juice yield of 67.4%. Cold and disease-resistant ability. Wine color deep ruby red wine, soft entrance, coordination, solid wine, long aftertaste.
