军队工程建设是职务犯罪高发的领域,并呈现出权钱交易普遍、作案手段多样、犯罪数额较大的特点。其原因主要是建设领域环境复杂,管理体制存在缺陷。加强工程建设领域职务犯罪预防和控制,应在健全制度、强化监督、以惩促防等方面下功夫。
The construction of military engineering is an area where high-level job-related crimes occur, showing the characteristics of common power and money transactions, diversified means of committing crimes and large amounts of crimes. The reason is that the construction environment is complex and the management system is flawed. To strengthen the prevention and control of job-related crimes in the field of engineering construction, efforts should be made to improve the system, strengthen supervision, and punish and prevent crimes.
