文章以辽宁省H公立医院为研究对象,针对H医院的现状,从财务的角度为管理层架构一个全新的绩效考核体系,解决目前医院面临的激励机制不健全的难题,构建一个完整的全新的临床科室绩效考核体系。对其他各个公立医院的绩效考核都有着积极的借鉴意义。
In this paper, H Hospital of Liaoning Province as the research object, in view of the status quo of H Hospital, from the financial point of view for the management structure of a new performance appraisal system to address the hospital currently facing the incentive mechanism is not perfect, to build a complete new Clinical department performance appraisal system. For all other public hospital performance appraisal have a positive reference.
