Health care has been a basic human requirement since ancient times. Doctors are treated as patients by God. However, with the development of social economy and culture and the change of new medical models, people have fundamentally changed the meaning of health. Health care is no longer solely dependent on passive medical technology services. Emphasis on one’s own subjective action, understanding of health is no longer not sick, but a physical, mental and social adaptation in good condition. This requires medical services to be transformed from a simple treatment type to a preventive health care rehabilitation type as soon as possible to meet the patient’s need for self-care and physical and psychological rehabilitation. In this paper, the investigation and analysis of the trust and self-knowledge of doctors in 2502 elderly patients after hospitalization are conducted to objectively reflect the cognition of the aged patients’ trust in doctors and self-care knowledge.
