中国水利学会和中国地质学会于1982年12月2日至8日在石家庄联合召开了京津冀学术讨论会。参加这次讨论会的共有86个单位,152位代表。会议共收到论文和报告90多篇。 这次会议主要讨论了京津冀地区的水资源现状、用水情况及解决缺水问题的途径和对策。由于京津冀地区降水量偏少,且在时间和地区上分布很不均匀,在特旱年或连续干旱年可用水量明显减少;还由于工农业及城市建设的发展,用
China Water Conservancy Society and the Chinese Geological Society in December 2, 1982 to 8 in Shijiazhuang held a joint Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Symposium. A total of 86 units and 152 delegates attended the seminar. The conference received a total of 90 papers and reports. The meeting mainly discussed the current situation of water resources in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei area, the situation of water use and ways and measures to solve the water shortage problem.
