本文根据对钢箱梁腹板开大孔设计的研究与实践,探讨了作为铺轨架桥机等重型起重机械受力骨干结构的箱形大臂腹板开大孔设计的若干理论问题和主要设计细节,由此得出之设计计算方法简明可靠,实用性强;勿需电算程序,利用手算即可容易得出比较合理、优化的结果。
Based on the research and practice of big hole design of steel box girder web, this paper discusses some theoretical issues and main points of large-aperture design of box-shaped boom web as the stress backbone structure of laying crane bridge crane and other heavy lifting machinery Design details, the resulting design calculation method is concise and reliable, practicality; do not need computer programs, the use of hand calculations can be easily derived more reasonable and optimized results.
