3—4日 中国、比利时、卢森堡第10届经贸混委会在北京召开。吴仪部长和比利时外贸及欧洲事务大臣于尔班共同主持开幕式。双方就进一步发展中、比、卢经贸合作交换意见。 5日 郑斯林副部长会见朝鲜对外经济委员会副委员长韩秀拮率领的政府贸易代表团。双方就1994年度供朝原油等问题交换意见,并就中国政府向朝鲜政府提供专项贷款事签署协定。
March 3-4 China, Belgium, Luxembourg The 10th Economic and Trade Mixed Commission convened in Beijing. Minister Wu Yi and Minister of Foreign Trade and European Affairs of Uzbekistan jointly hosted the opening ceremony. Both sides exchanged views on further developing the economic cooperation and trade between China and Belarus. On the 5th, Vice Minister Zheng Silin met with the government trade delegation led by Han Xiu, vice chairman of North Korea Foreign Economic Committee. The two sides exchanged views on issues such as the supply of crude oil to the DPRK in 1994 and signed an agreement on the provision of special loans by the Chinese government to the DPRK government.
