全面预算管理是现代管理的重要手段,它对于企业实现战略目标、提高经营管理水平、实现可持续性发展有着非常重要的作用。而中国的第三方支付行业发展至今已有七个年头,经过上一轮的优胜劣汰后,生存下来的企业要想取得进一步地发展,引入全面预算管理,刻不容缓。本文笔者深入剖析了我国第三方支付行业目前预算管理的现状,并具体分析了第三方支付行业实施全面预算管理所必须建立的两大体系,即组织管理体系和指标体系如何具体建立的问题,在实际工作中具有很强的借鉴作用。
Overall budget management is an important means of modern management. It plays a very important role for enterprises to achieve their strategic objectives, improve their operation and management level, and achieve sustainable development. The third-party payment industry in China has been developing for seven years now. After the last round of survival of the fittest, the surviving enterprises will need further development if they want to introduce comprehensive budget management. In this paper, the author deeply analyzes the present situation of budget management in the third-party payment industry in our country, and analyzes in detail the two systems that the third-party payment industry must establish to implement the overall budget management, that is, how to set up the organizational management system and index system.
