四川全兴足球会员俱乐部协会成立于1987年11目8日。现下属各级分会37个,少儿俱乐部(少儿足球训练班)一个,业余足球队40支,啦啦队五支,正式注册会员二千余人。协会于1986年11月开始筹备,1987年5月经有关部门下文批准成立。11月8日正式对外宣布成立大会。 协会的活动宗旨:为足球运动和球迷服务。 协会的组织原则:球队建在分会上,球队凝聚会员。 协会成立伊始,东进南京、南下广州开始了多年来跟随四川的足球队北上南下的征程,不遗余力的为四川的球队呐喊助威。1993年中国国家足球队在世界杯预选赛中兵败伊尔比德,在成都,协会组织全国数十家球迷组织开
